A dear friend of mine left this world and slid into another–a different dimension, a different vibration, a different space. A space of True Love and True Self Realization. And the most amazing part is that she took me there with her as she quietly and gracefully slipped off into this other dimension. I am permanently shifted because of her sharing this event with me, and I want to share this event with you. She has given words to what we often wonder about and feel separate from because we can’t “see” it. But what she has shared gives a reassurance and peacefulness to our wondering what happens when we die. She paints a picture of an opening and a re-visiting to a beautiful place that we all really know so well. Below find her beautiful channeled words:

First she was showing me a cone of spinning rainbow lights (beautiful!) in which she was standing in the middle. The energy was so peaceful and all-encompassing.

Then she said:
“A lot is done in this transitional phase. It seems as though I am growing and lightening, although I am told this is what it “feels” like to be leaving the body. An expansion-a realignment of a new consciousness, although it is not new–just forgotten and now I am remembering it. It is as though there is much spinning right now Elizabeth. Turning the corner now and leaving fully. The complete lift-off is complete once the remaining ties are cut. It is when the ties are not completely cut that the body does not and cannot leave. It is my desire to fully cut the ties so that I can begin to circulate my energy out and fulfill the purpose of this phase of my life–this life that was Bonny.

It is now time Elizabeth to do what they call repurposing–to use my energy for further development and ultimate return to the Over soul and group. It is quite complex yet very simple as I see it now. It is all making so much more sense then it ever has before. It is all crystal clear. It is so interesting how when you are there–Earth–it is all so very distorted. It is all so crisp and clear here Elizabeth. Much more than we had been thinking!

The evolution here is very interesting also, and I am told that I will be passing through many phases as I transcend up this rainbow column. It is a spinning rainbow column and the energy that it is emitted and spreading all throughout my body is fantastic and you would never believe it Elizabeth! It is so beautiful! Oh I just can’t tell you… no words now to describe…encompassing all of me now as I slip into this one phase of existence. There is much work to do here but it will be different now. I still have to cleanse and purify for the next stage of my development as I leave you all from there and seek a higher place of knowledge and fine tuning of my understanding of all that is Life and Love and Light. It has been told to me that there will be many lessons for me of great importance to you Elizabeth and I will share them fully with you as I transcend and learn. It is important to me that you do not  hesitate on this understanding of this important transition. This is just the start of our work together Elizabeth. You had no idea, did you? It was all so very silly at times when I was there and the things that I ran into and made up were all so filled with learnings and growing for me.

It is a time here of replenishment. Death is not a time of drying up and leaving. It is a resurgence of All that is within us that never really left. You know that. But it now comes to me in a way that I never saw it before. It comes to me in a gentle, clear understanding. It is as though all of this time I was missing something. I felt there was more. And I was right. This is the more I meant. To capture that while the body is still in the physical plane is what you have to learn and teach Elizabeth. You have to teach people to feel  deep down inside and revisit the high part of themselves that they have left off somewhere when they showed up on Earth. Revitalize their memories by showing them what they need to see. That is pictures and sound and tastes and whatever else can stimulate and recharge the part of them that speaks only of Truth and Light. The part of them that will see where and what.

The angels are talking to me now. I have to settle in now to this way of being and leave you to what it is that you need to heal.

I just had to tell you Elizabeth that there are all these smaller like dancing lights that are moving all around as though they are dancing out some words to me. It is a greeting of sorts! I am alone here but feel the presence of some angelic beings that are comforting and soothing. I am feeling so light and at ease. It is safe to assume that there is more to come Elizabeth!”

Then there was the full moon hike I took about an hour after Bonny’s transition. At one point on the hike, I just stopped and said out loud, “Bonny’s dead? What? That just doesn’t make any sense.” So it it was there in that moment that she showed me what it felt like to not be attached to a body. I felt pure lightness and no sense of the physical whatsoever. My mind was basically blank. I just was there filled with peace and oneness with all. She took me on this transition with her so that I will know what goes on Beyond this Earth plane.

Bonny is doing so beautifully and is hanging out with lots of neat people. One of them being Lennie’s (my boyfriend) nephew who died unexpectedly at the age of 30 about 2 years ago. Yesterday they shared with me how they both now clearly see how on Earth we separate ourselves so much, when really we are all one whole; one mind; one soul.

And because Bonny has taken her with me through this transitional phase from one dimension to another, I have shifted. I now see more clearly than ever what out True Self is and feels like. It is light and free and all-encompassing. It is this that we need to remember when we see and feel the ego mind illusions trying to take hold.

It is my hope that you all can take this knowledge and use it to connect or re-connect to that part of you that knows the Truth of who you are. I now see this beautiful blending from one phase of existence into the next. It is just a continuation and something to cherish and revere, not fear. There really are no boundaries;  just the ones that the ego mind makes up. So we can stop doubting ourselves once we see this all to be the real Truth. And when the doubt ends, then we can fully step into who we Are and the reason why we are all here. And the one reason really is, as Bonny now makes this abundantly clear to me and to us all, is to be a shining light for the world. That is when we can do our work; from that place of knowing that we are pure Light and Love.

I recently discovered a new perception of my Life Path. I realized that my ego mind will continually tell me that there is only one door to walk through, only one option, and just one single possible path. For many years I bought into this notion, never realizing that there exists a door labeled “LIGHT” too.  When I open it and walk  through the doorway, I am lit up by an infinite number of possible paths from which to choose.

But it is all up to me to see and know that these opportunities for channeling my life path exist. The magic that exists all around us is endless, but we will never channel it or feel it or sense it if we have our sights set on that one door that the ego mind shows us. It is a familiar door–that’s why we tend to favor it. On that door is written the words “COMFORT ZONE”. It feels so safe and cozy. But those two words are oh-so deceiving! Our comfort zones usually end up being anything but comfortable as they are layered with old situations that bring us sadness, disease, and pain. Our ego sees the door labeled “LIGHT “and translates it to mean “OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE”. It then warns you that trouble is lurking and to stay away.

In a channeled message from Merlin he tells us, “Open your hearts to possibilities that you never thought were possible. Open to the  fact that you all have a wand and can use it at any time.”

The best way to overcome this fear of the newness and change that the contemplation of a different door brings is just to step up and give the knob a turn. Know on the other side is beauty, life, and freedom.

Anita’s story will pull on and remind you of that eternal aspect of you – that aspect that we often forget in our day to day existence as we tackle life’s challenges. I apologize that there is a portion of Anita’s audio that is missing, but I encourage you to sit through and embrace every moment of her sharing. As you listen, allow her words to spark a remembering – a remembering of who you really are at your Core and especially that each of us has an amazing purpose in being here on the Earth plane.

Whenever you have a moment of self doubt, think of that which Bonny and Anita and so many other folks have experienced from the True Realms beyond and use that to inspire you to continue on in search of your own Truth and of sharing of your magnificence.

In a meditation I had been looking at and questioning a motivational block that has had me stumped and stopped. In an answer to my pondering, I channeled some beautiful words of wisdom from the wonderful magical Master, Merlin.  He came through to share a new perspective of this barrier. I feel the pull to share his words with you as perhaps you can resonate:

“There is a part of you that says “What’s the sense?” It may be a small part but, nevertheless, it is there and it is what holds you back. Honor and acknowledge this part as it is neither good or bad. It just is. But continue to go forth in spite of that part because your life is really all about Discovery. This is why you are here. It is all about seeing what is new – and it is ALL new. You go through many of your days and see about .00001% of your life.  Your mind tends to catch onto what it thinks is the same and misses all that is new. Each moment shines with new brilliance and glimmer just waiting for you to see it, touch it, smell it, hear it, feel it, and embrace it. Let go of the barriers that you have put up to seeing what is new. The mind is merely afraid. The mind finds comfort in the old, in the same. So ask it “what are you afraid of?” Ask yourself that question now. You may  be surprised of the answer. “

Be willing to find newness in everything. I offer it as a challenge or perhaps a game. “How much newness can I see today that I didn’t see yesterday?” I am all in on the Discovery Game. Care to join me?

“Feel that grass. Pretend now. Close your eyes, see it, and say, “Grass.” Can you all feel grass under your feet? Because you all can imagine and visualize, right? You feel this grass. It’s really, really good for you to feel the grass because so many times your head’s in clouds. It’s good of course to connect to God and all that is Above, but find the grass in your life. Sometimes when you have a very busy day, you rush around. How many of you rush around a lot during your day? So, maybe when you’re really crazy and you feel energy all over, you can stop for a moment and picture your patch of grass. Take this patch of grass with you wherever you go. It can be your magical, magical grass.

This is very important for grounding; very important nowadays as things are ‘woosh, woosh, woosh’ everywhere. Doors are closing and opening; your lives are up-down, up-down, up-down. People coming in, going out, things happen and changing continually. I tell you it’s not going to slow down. It will speed up. But don’t worry. Don’t be scared because you have your grass – you have your patch of grass. Make it as big as you want but make sure it’s big enough for you to have your feet on it planted – planted strongly.

Do you all feel the grass still? Now, reach down now and feel your grass. Feel it. Yes! The grass is fresh. The grass is life. I’m here to remind you to feel that life that is at your feet at all times. If you cannot make it outside, you can find your piece of grass inside. Bring your grass into your life to ground you.

Start seeing grass everywhere. The grass is representative of what you need to have. For when you have the grass, your mind is clear to connect to God and to your higher self and then the messages can come down much more easily. Because if you’re not in grass, if you’re stepping on clouds or you’re slipping on ice, the only thing filling your mind is the rattlings of that crazy guy – the little ego mind guy. He will occupy much of your time and keep you very so busy if you have no grass.

Who wants to be free of the negative chatters in your head? When you are, you will hear messages from your guides and your higher self. Many of you may wonder, “How do I connect to my guide?” This is first step: being grounded.

When you are in a movie theater, you could be standing on grass. Wherever you go, you could be standing on grass. Say, “I am peaceful standing on my grass.” Breathe that in. How does that feel? “I am peaceful standing on my grass.”

When you are standing on grass,  you’re standing in your power.

“You’re all on your lovely path of enlightenment. You are walking along and you’re enjoying this. You say, ‘It’s so beautiful. Look, there’s some roses over there and the birds are all flying overhead and singing. Oh, the sun! I’m going to get tan!’ and you throw your head back and you’re basking in the sun. Then, all of a sudden, you look down and you cannot see the path anywhere- it stopped. ‘Oh my goodness, the sun was out and the birds were singing and now it’s completely dark. But this was the path to enlightenment, Buddha told me. Buddha told me that this is the path to enlightenment and it stopped now. What do I do?’ You stand there and you freeze; you’re frozen; you’re icicles. You are an iceberg standing right there.

Little do you know, you have the torch. You have the torch in your hand and you could have easily melted the ice. But all of a sudden you can’t see clearly on your path. The sun isn’t shining and the birds- it seems as though they have put little muzzles on- they’re not singing anymore. You don’t hear them. You don’t see the torch.

So there you are. You’re frozen, right? ‘What do I do? Oh no’ Then, you start to get more frozen and more frozen because the more frozen you get, the more the fear comes up and the thicker the ice gets and then you cannot see! If you could remember that you have a lighter in your hand to light the torch, you could just torch yourself down and then you’re unfrozen! Then all of a sudden, the muzzles come off of the birds and the sun comes out again because you have used your flame of trust that you have had in your hand all along.

The torch of trust. Pull it out. You have it all the time. It’s very safe by the way. You’re not going to burn anything except melt all the ice of distrust off of you. Sometimes your path will all of a sudden jump in a direction that you are not expecting because isn’t that the fun of life?  You’re used to going to the right and then all of a sudden it goes left and then all of a sudden sometimes the path goes right upside down!

What you need to remember in those moments is this torch of trust because this is sometimes your lifeline. This is what keeps you vibrant and alive if you remember that it is there and then to use it, you see? So that ice- when it takes you over; when the jog in the path goes to the left or upside down- if you remember that torch, you remember to trust. That is when you can flow with ease and grace through the upside down left turns of your life!

Question: I feel that life as I knew it has passed, as well as the life of people that were in my life and are now gone. What is the best way for me to change the way I live and to accept this?

Buddha: Oh my goodness- it’s so wonderful that all these questions can apply to all of you. Now, as I was hearing that question, I’m seeing you standing there waving goodbye to all of these folks. Here is my suggestion on the best way to deal with this. So, for one, as you’re waving, be smiling, because you’re waving your comfort zone goodbye. But perhaps you will ask who could be smiling for that, right? When you step out of your comfort zone, you experience new growth and regeneration of cells and new life within you. So, you see it is all about celebrating. It’s like a parade in this case; these people are parading out of your life; these things are parading out of your life. If you do not completely let all these go, you cannot embrace the now. You might even do an exercise where you cut your cordage to each of these people or these things that are leaving (you have cords to things too– it’s a crazy thing that your mind does!)

What you need to do is to cut all these cords and things and just let it go because– you’ve heard the phrase–Nature abhors a vacuum. So, if you have this vacuum and it’s open then, whoosh! All these new things can come in. But if you’re not fully letting go of all those people and circumstances, then you cannot move on. And it may be that when the people are gone out of your life you will say, “Thank Goodness, they’re gone, they were driving me out of my mind.” But you see, you’ve gotten so used to those ways–good or bad. Some you will say, “What a shame, they’re leaving. I really love them”. Either way, accept that they have moved on so that YOU can move on and fully embrace your exciting new life as it is.

“What is resistance? It’s a holding back and it’s a non-acceptance. When you all start to feel the uncomfortableness of your life, that’s when you choose not to fully accept. “But Buddha, how can I accept everything? There are awful things. What do you mean accept that I just lost my job? What do you mean accept that my best friend is sick? What do you mean accept?” I mean accept. Embrace it. This is a time for all of you as light workers to step up and fully embrace absolutely everything in your life.  Accept everything. I mean everything. E-V-E- R-Y-T-H-I-N-G.  Everything in your life. Do it now. I say this with a great, great, great intensity because it is so important for each and everyone of you. Embrace everything. Think of something right now, right in this moment. Think of it. Now go ahead and embrace it, whatever you just thought of. Go ahead, think of something else.  Okay, that’s it. Great, embrace it. Embrace it all.

Now, the next thing–what I want you to do is to start embracing those things that you don’t want to embrace–whether you like it or not. And the reason for this is because–now I know you’ve heard this phrase before but I’m going to say it again– This is not a dress rehearsal, you see. This is the real thing. It is now time for each and everyone one of you to look at your resistance so that you can get on with the flow of your life.” And the first part of accepting is simply to acknowledge that resistance  is there. That is when the block of ice–your resistance– will begin to melt and you can flow.”

All you will need to do this exercise is a pen or pencil, a piece of paper, and the willingness to be open to changing the way you think (or the way your little voice does…)

First of all, think of a negative belief that you hold about yourself. Some examples could be:

I am not good enough
I am not important
I am not deserving

When you have come up with your negative belief, write it down on your paper toward the top. Now under that, write out it’s opposite. So using our example, you would first write, “I am not deserving” and under that write, “ I am deserving of a beautiful life” (just to give it some added power) underneath the negative.

Now say the positive belief outloud or to yourself. Do that now and take very close note of what comes up for you. Say  outloud, “I am deserving of a beautiful life” and feel and hear what comes up for you and write that down. It could be an adamant, “NO! I am NOT deserving!” But then say the positive belief or affirmation again and write down again what comes up for you.

Say it and write what comes up. Do this again and again. It is very magical because you will find that you will eventually no longer have a negative response to your positive affirmation. You will neutralize it. The time for neutralizing may be different for each belief, but it will eventually happen. When you get to the place where you are only hearing the positive, write it out 10 times to cement it within you. I recommend doing this for a period of 21 days to ingrain this new thought pattern.

This easy exercise can bring you to a place where the negative ego mind is neutralized and the voice echoing in your head sings your praises instead!

“Look at what makes you struggle. What is pulling you down? What is shaking you around? What is making it so difficult for you to keep your head above water? I see you sometimes going down under the water; with this struggle you are being pulled down. But you are allowing yourselves to be pulled down. It is time for a complete new perspective on your life. You’re doing the same things over and over again. Let me ask you this: how are they working for you? Look at the things individually that do not work for you. This could fit anyone of you. If there’s something in your life that is causing you struggle, why continue to do it? These are the things that you have to ask yourselves. It is about creating new perspective. It is about re-examination. It is about saying, “Why have I decided that I want to struggle?” I hate to be so blunt. But you are in charge of that department. You are the ones that have put yourselves into this struggle department. I don’t mean to be so harsh, and I support you on this beautiful path that you are on. But what I am saying is very good news for you. You have not looked at it this way. You are in charge. You can make the choice to do something differently. Choose to look at it in the different way for if you start looking at something else much more expansive, instead of using the word struggle–this is kind of a difficult word, is it not? Look at the word “freedom” and “expansiveness”. Look at all your talents and what do you really want to do and what are you good at. Pull yourself up.

Throw each other a life preserver to pull yourself out of the drowning waters that you’re in. There is another choice other than to struggle. Take off those jackets that you’re wearing that keep you penned in and keep you from being free. For many of you choose this lifetime of struggle. “Things are going wrong, everything is bad.” Look at the choice because you’re a magnificent being. You’re quite exquisite.

By the way, have I told you lately that you’re all really exquisite? Well, you are. Thank you. Thank you for stepping up and taking the time to notice this. For it is all of you that are taking the time in this day and in this moment to step up and say, “I am exquisite” not just because Buddha says so but because you say so and because you look at all the talents and all the gifts that you have and appreciate them. That is when you step out of the pit of darkness that you may find yourselves in into a beauteous place of light and possibility, potentiality.”

I channeled Buddha  first (a clip of some of his channeled message is found below) as he spoke in a blunt yet overwhelmingly profound way about the events on September 11, 2001. He wants us to see those that perished as miracle workers; as brave souls who died so that we can grow and heal. A wonderful fireman, Sam, who had died in his rescue attempts was present in the room too as Buddha shared with us what Sam told him. Sam asked us to no longer pity him or those that died, but to merely focus on the acts of bravery and selflessness that all involved displayed.

Archangel Michael joined us as well. He stated that “Buddha comes to speak of the sacredness of this day, but I come to acknowledge your pain.” He went on to help us look at and heal that pain.  We then had a delightful visit from Chief Crazy Horse as I channeled his messages about our keeping focus in our lives. Lastly we were visited by The Blessed Mother as she performed beautiful healing work on those in the room.

Enjoy and feel the healing power of Buddha’s words:

“Sometimes you find yourself asking, ‘What’s wrong with me? Why do I never get anybody in my life that I like? Why do I keep creating this junk over and over again?’ Perhaps it is time to ask different questions such as, ‘What’s right with me? What did I do right today? How grand am I?” List them all! You will see that many of you can sustain this for a day or two. My challenge to you is for you to do this all of the time. All of the time! Make it a game. Get your friends in on it. Say, ‘How many did you get today?’ ‘Oh! I got 35 things that I did great.’ ‘Oh I beat you! I got 37!’ See? Make a fun little game out of it. Bring your friends in.

This is another essential part of learning to love — bringing your friends in for support. Many of you want to stay isolated in this self-discovery. Why? ‘I can do it on my own. I don’t need anybody.’ That’s what you say. But you really do need others. Why else do you think you attract people in your life? Because they help you to grow. So, be out there. This is no time for shyness. This is now time to say, ‘Is there anybody out there that can help me with this?’ That is what you need to say. This is the place where miracles can begin.”

“Let’s look at how you look at things in the world.  What is your relationship to things in the world?  How do you react to things in the world?  Very important.  Well, look at yourself under a microscope.  Is that painful?  Do it anyway, is my suggestion because let me tell you, if you are looking and you are seeing something that you don’t like, it is time to accept that and it is time because you are masters.  It is time for you to change that perception.  “Maybe that isn’t so bad that wart on the end my nose.  Maybe it isn’t so bad.  It’s the way I am.”  You see, you have ways about you that are so spectacular and you so often choose to ignore them and instead to look at something that no one else sees, notices, or is concerned about.

And the other thing is love. Of course, the romantic love, yes.  But there’s a grander love.  The love that is the truest and the most purest love ever.  Yes. That is universal Love.  Love of God. However you want to say it.  But that is not something that is outside of you my dear.  That is something that is in you; that IS you.  That is the truth of you and there is nothing else to say about it.  Can’t get me to say another word other than that because that’s the truth.

The fact that you can’t dance the two step has nothing to do with it.  You see, all those things that you think are wrong with you and all those negative things that come flying through your head that are less than the truth of you, you then hold those into your being.  So the next time your mind says, “You know what  you really can’t sing.  You really can’t run that company.  What do you think– you can write a book?” All that stuff, it’s just stuff, it’s fluffy things that you learned somewhere.  It’s time to let them go. Examine.  This is an examination period now. Start examining you because there are so many layers to you, right?  I do believe there are some things about you that you haven’t discovered. It’s time to look and find them once again.

“The first thing that I want to talk about is the relationship that you have with yourself and with the universe and all the world around you.  See, you’re always looking for others to complete you, right?  You think, “You know what, if I just get a really good relationship like this person is going to love peanut butter just like I do, and they’re going to love the same sports games that I do, and they’re going to love everything that I love, then I’m going to be perfect and my life is going to be complete.”  No, that is not it.  Those things are quite lovely.  It’s beautiful to be able to share the same kinds of food, the same love for sports, the same activities. That’s essential, yes.  But there is a much deeper thing going on; the relationship with YOU.

By the way, that is a capital Y-O-U. You ought to see yourself as the queen and the king that you are. Do you? Let me ask you this:  Who is your biggest fan?  Is it you?  That would be great.  Well of course, I’m your biggest fan.  But I think there’s an even bigger fan and it should be you.  You.  You hug you, right now. Everybody do it.  I know that you can do this. Wrap your arms around you and hug you because until the day that you can firmly hug you and not be embarrassed–some of you may think “Well, this is silly. Why should I want to hug me?”  Until you can do that, you are not going to be on the road to anything but uncomfortableness in your life.  Because until you can really embrace you and look in the mirror and say, “You know what? You’re pretty great.  I like you,”  you’re not going to find somebody that feels the same way. And you say, “Well Buddha, I’ve been doing work.  I do all the affirmations.  I do all this.  I do that.”  But no! Let me tell you then there is a piece of you, something about you, that you just don’t like or something about that you haven’t accepted yet perhaps.

Doing this is your first step in creating better relationships in your life.  Look at the relationship with YOU.”

What to do? Sometimes perhaps you just don’t know what to do with all of the opinions and knowledge that is coming your way. Exhausted, you finally hang your head and exasperatedly utter, “WHAT DO I BELIEVE?????“. I have heard myself say those words often over the years, and I finally have stumbled upon what works for me. The Masters, Buddha specifically, touched on this process of discernment during the July 6th call (Part 3 in the Discovering The Master Within teleseminar series).

Buddha said, “It is up to you to decide what is Truth for you…take your own power back. Know that you are the decision maker and you can make your own decisions in your life.”

When you ask the question, “what is right for me here” or “what do I believe”, shut out the chatter of everyone else’s opinions- including your own ego minds opinions- and feel into the question with your heart and your feeling nature. If it feels good, if it resonates with you, than whatever it is, is speaking YOUR Truth. That is the road to take. It is all about discerning what is the best for you. I have found that using this tactic gives me roots and grounds me and takes me on the best course for me. Sometimes I may miss and hear the opposite and take a slight detour.  That’s okay. We can learn from life’s detours too.  But the heart is the compass by which you can steadily sail your ship as it shines on the beautiful ocean of your Life.

Learn to Trust and know your heart. Use it as your tool of discernment; as if it is your seeing-eye-dog. It is your beacon through all of life’s hurdles and challenges. It will never let you down. It’s channelings will always lead you to your Truth.

When I was living in Massachusetts a short while ago, Mother Nature offered me a beautiful example of this truth.

One sunny afternoon I returned home from a peaceful walk in the woods. When I walked into my garage, I was startled by two birds fighting with all of their might to get out one of the closed large garage windows. I grabbed a soft broom and gently started nudging them in the direction of the very large garage door that was open –a free and easy passage to freedom. After a few moments, one of the birds decided it indeed might be easier to fly out the huge open door instead of continuing to bang his wings and body against a tightly shut window. He flew out to freedom and joy.

The other little bird could only see the one way out. He was sure that if he banged and flew against the window long enough, he would surely get through. (A truly impressive example of tunnel vision and insisting that there is only one way no matter how uncomfortable it may be). At last, he got a bit of a clue and flew up to perch on the garage door opener mechanism. Exhausted and still frightened, he rested and began to look around a bit.  At last he spied the wide open door and flew to his own freedom.

Your life path can be a narrow walkway filled with tunnel vision and a closed mind that misses all that is offered up and misses all of the unlimited possibilities; a closed mind that sees a single direction only and insists that this is the only way. Or your life path can be an open road, full of possibilities where you are open to continual growth and to the continual presentation of new opportunities.

It’s your choice. How great is it that it is all up to you!

As I channeled Buddha, Merlin, and The Blessed Mother, The Ascended Masters spoke at length as to the power and the mechanics of relationships. Relationships can nurture, but they can also bring up much that needs to be healed. When someone triggers something in you, it is a natural tendency to blame that person for your pain or whatever it is that comes up.

But that person with whom you are in relationship is acting as a teacher and a healer. Buddha says that what comes up for you has nothing to do with that person. He said that they are merely “the pointer “–pointing out to you that which needs to be healed. If we begin to take responsibility for our healings and to stop blaming others, our relationships can take on completely new meanings. It takes courage and strength, but it is now time for us to step up to the challenge. We can’t wait a minute longer.

So perhaps it’s time for us to see things–people, relationships–with new eyes, new perspectives, new understandings, and to look for the Love underneath it all. I guarantee you It is there.

Say it loud.

We say things like “I am angry”. “I am hurt”. But for a change, what if you said something like, “I am experiencing anger.” Or  “I am experiencing pain or feeling hurt”? Then you take yourself out of the equation. When you say that the emotion = (is) you, then you create an attachment to that which you are feeling. When we take this equation literally, we then equate the emotion with us and make it our Truth and who we think we are. But if you say that you are experiencing the emotion, it then becomes separate from you. It is no longer you. You become the observer and you can watch it as it ebbs and eventually flows away. You are now free to channel your Truth.

But you may now be saying, “Okay. But what if I say “I am happy”? Isn’t it a good thing to equate myself with happiness?” That works nicely to raise one’s vibration, but at some point the happiness will ebb and flow. It is still attachment and because the happiness was attached to you using the words “I am”, deep disappointment can result when it flows away.

Learning to separate ourselves from the fiction of our attachments allows us the freedom to step into what our essence really is: pure love. We are ultimately LOVE —only LOVE. Anything else is just a label that we take on as being our Truth. The trick, the key, is to no longer engage; to no longer meld with those labels.

Every time an emotion comes up, see it as something separate from you. This is one of the first steps in regaining a sense of who is in the driver’s seat. Take the wheel. Steer safe. Steer with confidence. Don’t give your emotions the license to drive the vehicle of your life a minute longer. Who knows where they may take you…

Step off of your path of impossibility onto a path of possibility. Instead of seeing the word as “Impossible”, see it as “I’m-possible“.

How great! What a difference an apostrophe can make! Because it is YOU–the “I’m”– who is the writer, producer, director, and star of your life. You create the characters, the scenes, the script, even the props. So if you  believe that you are possibility, can you imagine all of the amazing scenes in your life you could create? By remembering that YOU are possibility, you open up the floodgates of new experiences that you once upon a time thought could never come your way.

It’s all magic. Once we realize that we are the magicians holding the wands controlling our own destinies and moments, then nothing is impossible. Pull out your wand now and start filling your life with apostrophes!

Dwell in possibility ~Emily Dickinson

This question was asked of Buddha, the first Ascended Master that I channeled. In his usual entertaining, analogy -filled manner of sharing, he brought to light a perception that we are MULTIPURPOSE. What a wonderful thought, don’t you think? He shared:

“You have purpose in every single moment of your life. You are multipurpose Beings! You have other reasons, other purposes that you overlook.  There are purposes in every single moment of your life and it looks different than you thought it would because you think purpose is just one thing. Multipurpose! How grand are you then? How spectacular are you? Celebrate your spectacularness!”

He went on to offer the mantra: “I know what my life purpose is. I am multipurpose.” He suggested using this mantra as a way to bring to ourselves more fully and clearly that which in our lives is truly purpose.

These discussions offered by the Masters are meant to be discussions to begin your own personal process of looking at YOU in perhaps a new and inventive way; to help you to discover aspects of YOU that you did not think exist.

It is the realization of one’s Divinity that is the key. You are naturally Life. You are naturally Flow of Grace. It is just that the precepts of negativity invade your knowingness and become your reality. But Reality (Divinity and Love) is not something that can be brazenly seen, as it is subtle and gentle. It is not what you think it is. It is what you feel that it is.

Step into this Divinity by seeing yourself free from the chains and the  bonds of the supposed reality that stops you. When you are stopped, you believe that what stopped you is what is True. However, it is a mask; a veil that is slipped over the Truth. Piercing the veil is necessary and unmasking your Divinity is the plan for you. If you are reading this, then you know exactly what I mean. It is the veil that catches you in it’s web and confuses you. Ask for assistance in your unveiling. Ask for the way to find this faux clothing and rip yourself bare of it. Expose yourself to all as the Being of Light that you are. Facades of safety are all you have been wearing. You have become tangled in what you think is real. Sit quietly and ask for how this can look for you and you will receive the answer. You will see the way to transform your dark gowns to ones of Light and fluidity. Seek only Truth now. Ask for complete discernment. This is the only way for you now. The only way.  I am forever yours.

Amazing words filled with Love.  I share them with you to assist you in your own discernment of what is really Real for you in your Life.

After a joyful visit this past weekend, I came to clearly see how important it is for us all to create for ourselves our own sacred space, whether it be in the form of a sanctuary, a temple, a sacred nook, an alter, or just a silent corner (that was my first “special place” just for me –a corner of a living room!). These are places that you create so that you can have a haven to fall into when it feels like all is falling ON you; a place to re-charge and regenerate your Life Force; or a simple reminder of peace. Create your own temple that  you can look at or sit by and feel connection to All That Is and your Master within. This connection is so very important.

You can get there without your own sacred space, that’s for sure. But why not do everything that you can to set yourself up for success in channeling your Divine and finding peace on earth. No one ever said you couldn’t stack the deck… I’ll take anything that gets me there!

How about you?

The Universe is moving at an ever vigilant pace to channel to you what you want. But just because you don’t see it, doesn’t mean it’s not on its way; it doesn’t mean that it may have actually already arrived. But we are so busy looking for it at our front doors that we are missing its quiet tappings on our back doors or maybe even on our window panes.

It is much more simple than you have ever thought. The answers to your challenges lie with you right now. But you are so caught up in the figuring of why and how and when that you miss what the challenge really is. Your challenge is not in solving your problems. Your challenge is in accepting that you have all of the answers and the solutions already.

“If you just changed your perception a bit you would see that there really are not any problems.” Merlin spoke these words to me just now as I sit here staring at my keyboard.  I know he is not speaking just to you. He is addressing me as well. I often find myself looking outside for the solution- the solution to my pain; the solution to my finances; the solution to my deep resounding cry for peace.

The Universal Force is so mighty that each snowflake has a completely different shape, a baby is created in a mother’s womb with her doing nothing but taking care of herself, and the seeds you planted in your garden are sprouting right now without you giving it a second thought. Earth is a miraculous place every where we look. Except we forget to see the miraculousness of ourselves. By getting so caught up in the thought, “I feel it coming! I know it’s here! If only I could…if only they would…” You chant “if only”,” if only”, after “if only.”

We take ourselves out of the solutions we seek as we take ourselves out of the mix and look and wait for something or someone else to make it happen. The impending wave of greatness that you feel just waiting outside of you is NOT outside of you. It is with you here and now. Realize this and walk through the fear that is keeping you stuck from receiving it. Stop blocking yourself from channeling your greatness. It is now finally the time to step up. Nothing is ever going to change until you change your perspective and be willing to just go. Just GO!

This isn’t a dress rehearsal. It’s Opening Night. Go out there and just do what you have to do.  See that Tony or Oscar on your mantelpiece or your name on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. You know why? Because you are a star. You are THE star!

Smile, take your bows, and give yourself a standing ovation!

The Masters are always telling us and reminding us to reach out to them and ask for assistance when we need it.  This morning, as I sat in meditation,  I received a lovely channeled message  from Buddha wherein he clearly addressed our need to reach out but not just to those in the higher realms.

I was shown a picture of wooden floor boards with about an inch gaping crack in between two of the boards.  I saw a person’s foot caught in this crack. I then heard these words:

“When you slip through the cracks in life–and you will–ask for your neighbor’s hand. This life of yours is not  meant to be gone through alone. You are not in a vacuum. Strengthen your connections to those around you and ask for assistance.”

Wonderful advice, don’t you think? And you will not only find an easing of your troubles by reaching out, but you will also be assisting that neighbor who helped you. There is something about helping someone in need. That in itself is nurturing and empowering. We feel more connected to a sense of purpose when we can help others. It is all a part of that beautiful and all-encompassing web of giving and receiving. Don’t break the chain–ask for help when you need it. Don’t hesitate any longer.

All you need is there for the asking.

As we gathered one more time at “Healthy Alternatives” in Belchertown, Massachusetts, the Masters came through in their usual grandeous fashion, opening hearts and minds and living up to the title of the evening: “The Masters Unleashed”.

Joining us were Lord Buddha, Lord Matreiya, Babaji, and Mary-The Blessed Mother. They all spoke of newness and the new year, as well as releasing old patterns of behavior, old ways of being, and subsequently stepping out of our comfort zones as we fully embrace the new.

Below is an excerpt from the evening as we hear Buddha address the necessity of embracing change and moving through the fear that comes up as we take our steps forward on our path. As you listen to his wisdom, allow not only the words to touch you, but feel the power of his energy as he speaks  to you.

My children. It is I, Sananda. Many of you know me as Jesus and it is at this time of year you celebrate my birth. Many of you choose this time to come together in love and in worship of a reverent time in history for you.

But not all of you see this as a time filled with joy. Many of you see it as a time filled with burden and heaviness. Maybe because you have recently lost a loved one from your life and feel all alone. Maybe it is because you are finding yourself overwhelmed with all of the commercial aspects of the holiday. It is to you who I address my speak in this moment. It is to you who have forgotten the essence of all of these celebrations, no matter what your beliefs are for celebration at this time of year. It is to you I say simply this: look at the essence that flows around you and in you. If you cannot see it, feel it. If you can not feel it, ask for its remembrance to touch you and realign with you. For those of you who do not know how to touch this indistinguishable part of you, simply breath in and say, ‘I know that I am more than this flesh. I know that I am more than my mind thinks. I Am. I know that I reach far out into multiple dimensions.’ These are the facts. This is the Truth. The time is NOW. NOW is the time for you to rekindle your hope and your faith. You are perhaps lost in a search for it in the material. It is this time of year that comes to you as a reminder of all that you really are. Look at the joy of others and know that it is a reflection of you. Know that it is you smiling and laughing and loving.

Now, for those of you who read this that are smiling and laughing and engaging fully in the joy that is your life, begin to practice seeing all of that love and joy and light flowing out of you into the beings of all that surround you. Whether it be to those who are standing next to you as you wait for the next subway train or those that stand in front of you at the grocery store. This is YOUR time to stand up and share your gift of joy. And for those who lack this gift, it is your time to step up and receive. Open your arms and receive.

What keeps you all connected is the giving and receiving. This is a mandatory flow for Life to continue. It is a necessary action that must continue on for your planet and for your Lives to be nurtured.

It is this time, NOW, in this moment that I ask for each one of you to sit back and ask yourselves, “Can I be giving more? Can I be receiving more?” Examine this closely and truthfully and accept whatever the answer is. Then take the necessary action, whether it be to give more or receive more (or to perhaps do both!).

It is now time for you all to take responsibility for keeping this Divine flow going. Many of you are blocking this flow one way or another and in essence you are killing one another. Whether you are holding back love and caring because you are stepping into judgment too often or you are refusing to receive because you have convinced yourself that you are just not good enough. Whatever it may be, IT IS THE TIME to examine your role in this flow. It is up to all of you to keep it moving and balanced.

And when the season of celebration comes to an end, continue to do your part in balancing the flow. Keep this Dance alive. Do not wait until next December to be reminded of this by the Christmas card you receive in the mail. Your responsibility to stay and monitor and be in this flow of giving and receiving began at your birth. It is now time to remember this. Go forth and do your work of giving and receiving. And of course, I do not mean just of the material world. Give of you; of your love; of your life; of your passion. And be there when your fellow friend reaches his hand and heart out to share with you. Receive with grace, humility, joy.
